Questions
Do I need to pay to use Tiller?
No. The app is free, and you can keep, read and search local conversations without any Tiller account. You do need your own Claude Code or Codex access; Tiller does not include model usage.
Does Tiller Sync include Claude or Codex usage?
No. Sync stores and moves your encrypted vaults. Model usage is billed by Anthropic or OpenAI under your own account.
What happens when a plan ends?
Your local vaults keep working. The cloud copy becomes read-only: for 30 days you can still download it to your computers, but new changes are not uploaded.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. We refund Tiller Sync in full within 30 days of a purchase or renewal, no questions asked. See the refund policy.
Who processes payments?
Paddle.com is our online reseller and the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles payment, invoices, sales tax and billing questions.
Which computers does Tiller run on?
Windows x64 today, as a pre-release. macOS and Linux builds are not released yet.
