Start a task on your desktop and pick it up on your laptop. Tiller Sync keeps one encrypted copy of your vault in the cloud and every connected computer up to date.

The service stores what it cannot read.
End-to-end encrypted
File contents and file records are encrypted on your device with AES-256-GCM before upload. The key is wrapped by your vault password, derived with scrypt.
Only your password opens it
The server never holds your password or vault key. There is no recovery key: if the password is lost, nobody can open the cloud copy. Your local vault keeps working.
Your login stays yours
Your Claude and Codex sign-ins, API keys Tiller stores and permission grants are never uploaded. Files you choose to sync, such as .env, and secrets already in a conversation travel encrypted like the rest. Sign in to Sync with GitHub; it is separate from your AI accounts.
Fine-grained control.
- File by file. Only changed files move, and a large file sends only the pieces that changed.
- Choose working files. Pick folders or single files from your projects; caches and dependencies are left out.
- Pause any time. A status line shows what is uploading and downloading, with a log of every file.
- Devices you control. See connected computers and revoke one when it is gone.
- Nothing lost silently. When two computers change the same conversation, both versions are kept for you to review.

Conversations
History, attachments and generated images, with projects and their descriptions. Conversations running on one computer show as running on the others.
Instructions
The vault's agent instructions, so every computer works the same way.

Selected project files, up to 1 GB each. Video and audio download when you ask for them.
